Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter the “Terms”) set out the conditions under which Dossard Club provides technical and digital services relating to the organisation of sporting events.

- Dossard Club acts exclusively as a technical service provider on behalf of sporting event organisers.
Roles and responsibilities of the parties
2.1 Dossard Club – Technical service provider
Dossard Club provides technical and digital tools enabling the operational management of certain aspects of the event.
- Is not the organiser
- Is not a co-organiser
- Does not provide any sporting, logistical or safety management of the event
- Exercises no control over the running of the event, the safety of participants, the courses, weather conditions, administrative decisions or the regulatory compliance of the event.
2.2 The Organiser
The Organiser is the legal or natural person responsible for the sporting event.
The Organiser is solely responsible, in particular, for:
- The design and organisation of the event
- Compliance with legal and regulatory obligations
- The safety of participants, volunteers and spectators
- Taking out the necessary insurance
- Obtaining administrative authorisations
- Drawing up the event rules
- The refund, cancellation or postponement policy
- Any decision relating to the event lies exclusively with the Organiser.
2.3 The Participant
The Participant voluntarily registers for an event organised by a third party through the tools provided by Dossard Club.
The Participant expressly acknowledges that:
- Dossard Club is not the organiser of the event
- Any complaint relating to the event must be addressed to the Organiser.
Liability of Dossard Club
3.1 Limitation of liability
Dossard Club’s liability is strictly limited to the provision of the technical services described.
Dossard Club cannot be held liable for:
- Any accident causing personal injury or property damage occurring during the event
- Any damage caused by a participant or a third party
- Any failure in organisation, safety or supervision
- Any cancellation, modification or interruption of the event
- Any administrative or prefectoral decision
- Adverse weather conditions
3.2 Cancellation, modification or postponement of an event
In the event of cancellation, postponement or a change of date, venue, format or course, responsibility lies exclusively with the Organiser.
Dossard Club acts solely as a technical intermediary and does not decide on any refund or compensation policy, unless otherwise indicated by the Organiser.
3.3 Data, results and timing
The data displayed (registrations, rankings, times, results) is provided for information purposes.
Dossard Club implements reasonable technical means to ensure the reliability of such data, without guaranteeing the complete absence of errors or service interruptions.
No dispute concerning results may give rise to any liability on the part of Dossard Club.
Financial relations
The sums collected through the ticketing tools may include:
- Registration fees set by the Organiser
- Service fees relating to the use of the platform
- Dossard Club cannot be held liable for the pricing conditions set by the Organiser, for refund or credit note policies, or for financial disputes between the Organiser and the Participant.
Force majeure
Dossard Club shall not be held liable in the event of force majeure, including in particular:
- Network or server failure
- Failure of a third-party provider
- Natural disaster
- Administrative decision
- Any unforeseeable event beyond its control
Intellectual property
All technical elements, software, interfaces, trade marks and content used by Dossard Club are protected by intellectual property law.
Any unauthorised reproduction or use is prohibited.
Personal data (GDPR)
Dossard Club processes personal data in accordance with the regulations in force.
The data collected is used solely for the purpose of providing the technical services.
Each user has a right of access to, rectification of and deletion of their data.
Acceptance of the Terms
Use of Dossard Club’s services implies full and complete acceptance of these Terms.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by French law.
Any dispute relating to their interpretation or performance falls within the jurisdiction of the French courts.
This English version of the Terms is provided for convenience only. In the event of any discrepancy between this version and the French version, the French version shall prevail.
